Small cast iron gate

Small cast iron sluice gates are water flow control devices primarily made of cast iron, widely used in hydraulic engineering, urban water supply and drainage, and industrial water treatment. Their core structure consists of a gate frame, gate leaf, guide rails, sealing device, and hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism drives the gate leaf to lift or lower, enabling water level regulation or flow interception.
Structural Features
Material: Made of HT250 gray cast iron or ductile cast iron, compliant with industry standards CJ/T3006-92 and DL/T5018-2004.
Design: Gate leaf shapes are categorized into flat (PZ) and arched (PGZ) types, with arched designs reducing hydraulic pressure load.
Sealing: Utilizes copper alloy or rubber sealing strips, achieving bidirectional water stoppage through wedge block devices, with leakage controlled at 0.03-0.07 L/m·s.
